Jim has been working in the document, printing, and mail sales industry since 1979, is a founding member of DocuMedia, and currently serves on the Board. His sales office is in Colton and he lives in Redlands with his wife of 32 years, Jo.

Jim is a member of the Rotary Club of Redlands and a long-time volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America.
